Qualification and Experience - Have worked in the private sector, in both large corporations (AT&T) and small businesses.
- Have worked in the public sector (Governor's office)and other community based organizations.
-Currently co-own Cascade Centers, Inc. which provides Employee Assistance Program(EAP)services, Executive Coaching, and Organizational Development.
- Also, currently serve as the President(paid Executive) of the Hispanic Metropolitan Chamber with 850 members. The Hispanic Chamber has awarded over $1 Million in scholarships to Latino students statewide.
The Hispanic Chamber has also assisted over 1,500 small businesses which has included both start ups and expanding businesses. These businesses include Latino and other small businesses.

- Have been recognized locally and nationally as an outstanding business and community leader.
