| Qualification and Experience | I have served as a bilingual, senior-level Human Capital executive and consultant for over 15 years in financial services, technology and business outsourcing firms around the globe. I hold a BS, MS, and post-graduate certification in Educational Leadership. I am a doctoral candidate (ABD) in Organizational Leadership at Argosy University, studying the effects of emotional intelligence on team conflict management style. I am certified to use several well-known leadership assessment and development tools and speak on transformational change in organizations, emotional intelligence as a factor in the success of high potentials, and applying diversity and talent as a business strategy. Pat has been active on several other boards including the Florida Diversity Leadership Council (Tampa Chapter) the American Society of Training and Development, The Center for Ethics at the University of Tampa, and most recently, the Latino Community Advisory Committee at USF. |
