Any use of the Escúchame Corporation’s (“Escúchame”) Escuchame.org website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions, as well as to Escúchame’s Privacy Policy, and Escúchame’s Legal Disclaimers and Limitations.
1. Responsibility of Contributors to Escuchame.org.
Those who post material to, provide links to material from, or otherwise make material available on Escuchame.org (“Contributors”) are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that material. By acting as a Contributor, you represent and warrant that your contribution complies with the following requirements:
No spam. You may not advertise or discuss any websites, products or services with which you have a direct affiliation–unless they pertain to Escúchame. Links to such sites are only appropriate in signature blocks and user profiles. In other words, your content is not spam or spam in blogs.
You may not use language that is abusive, obscene, vulgar, libelous, hateful, threatening or sexually-oriented. Your content may not target anyone because of his or her membership in a certain social group, including race, gender, color, religion, belief, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, nationality, age, gender identity, or political affiliation, and may not contain a symbolic representation of any group that targets anyone because of his or her membership in a certain social group. Any other material that violates the laws of your country, any country where Escuchame.org can be accessed or International Law is also prohibited.
You may not post any material that violates the privacy or publicity of any third party.
Your post may not amount to trolling or the making of controversial statements for the sole purpose of generating responses by others.
Your post may not inundate the website with communications or other traffic suggesting no serious intent to use the website for its stated purpose.
The distribution, transmission, public display and performance, accessing, downloading and copying of your post may not and will not infringe the copyright, trademark or trade secret rights of any third party.
Remember that this is a community and we value all our members. Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, Escúchame has the right (though not the obligation) to, in Escúchame’s sole discretion remove any content that, in Escúchame’s reasonable opinion, violates any Escúchame policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable. To keep the community strong, any continued infractions may lead to you being permanently banned from the site.
When you contribute to a public area such as an open forum on the internet, the information that you submit will be made available to the general public. Keep this in mind before you submit any sensitive information, including your full name, home address, telephone number, or other information that would enable other users or anyone reading this website to locate you.
2. Help us keep our site clean.

8. Indemnification.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Escúchame, its contractors and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all third party claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of Escuchame.org, including but not limited to out of your violation of any representation or warranty contained in these Terms of Service.
